The Mindfulness Connected app is a convenient tool for helping you reconnect with yourself and those around you. It is the product of scientific research into meditation and technology.

The app journey follows 6 weekly steps intended to enhance our group mindfulness course – but which can be revisited whenever useful or studied stand-alone.

Each step contains guided meditations, reading material and other explorative mindfulness exercises. Mindfulness Connected is a dual experiential and educational approach to learning mindfulness.

Using the app will enable you to build your learning over the period of the course and establish small changes in your daily routine, which are designed to have a range of benefits in your everyday activities.

The concise content and minimal time commitment is designed to be especially suitable for people living busy lives and facing considerable challenges every day.
